My client, a leading business in the sustainable construction sector, are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Business Change Manager to support change and adoption across a variety of projects and portfolios, spanning IT/systems, sustainability/environmental programmes, culture projects, operational controls and more.

This Change Manager will be responsible for managing change activities, supporting project delivery, and working with the wider enterprise PMO to ensure excellent results for the wide variety of projects the business are undertaking.
Key elements of this Change Manager role:
- Experience across a variety of projects, including IT but also business change and other areas
- Experience of sustainability/biodiversity/carbon-footprint projects or sectors is ideal
- Experience in the construction sector is highly desirable but not essential
- Business Change essentials: Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness Assessments, Stakeholder Mapping, outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
You'll report directly into the Head of Projects and Change, and work in an enterprise PMO of around 30 people. You'll work closely with x4 other Business Change Managers.
This Change Manager role can be worked from home anywhere in the UK, with travel as-and-when to a small number of UK and Ireland-based sites (this will vary based on project delivery timeframes etc., but will not be highly frequent). Travel costs will be covered.
