Change Manager - Public Sector Transformation - Glasgow - Hybrid working

I am looking for a skilled Change Manager to lead and deliver Change / Transformation programmes within a public sector organisation in Glasgow.

Our client is embarking on a complex transformation journey and requires an experienced professional to manage end-to-end Change initiatives while building a strong internal community to support the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver structured Change Management initiatives from start to finish.
  • Identify and support Change champions within the organisation to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management strategies to drive lasting Transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex Transformation programmes, especially within the public sector.
  • Strong background in Project and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and challenge stakeholders where required.
  • Ability to introduce structure and clarity to complex Change processes.
