Account Manager - Indirect Sales

We are seeking ambitious, dynamic, and experienced Account Managers with global experience in the technology industry. You will drive sales of project-based hardware and software deployment for our partners' globally dispersed clients, offering centralized procurement, invoicing, and a single point of contact. This empowers our partners to focus on their core business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals that align with clients' requirements and budget.
  • Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
  • Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and account management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio progress.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Client Success: Partner with the client success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer support.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant products and services.

Ideal Candidate

  • 7-10 years of industry experience with a proven reputation in data technologies.
  • Experience in one or more specialist verticals.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Transitioned from a pure sales role to a trusted advisor.
  • Ready to continually grow skills and knowledge on a global basis.
