Charity Leader

We are looking for a Charity Team Leader to join a Charity with an incredible cause. This role will require leadership, management, listening and admin skills. Financial literacy is also required. You will become a part of a friendly, lovely and joyful team.

Your main responsibility is to manage the Donor Services team, manage donations and supporters and fundraising and marketing campaigns.

We want someone who has excellent leadership skills, a people person and also someone who has some financial knowledge as you will be dealing with fundraising and donation monies received.

Main responsibilities

• Reporting into the Finance Director
• Managing the Donor Services team
• Managing UK and global departments
• Team training
• Ensure Gift Aid is recorded in accordance with HMRC requirements
• Gift processing and reporting
• Status reporting and reconciliations with Finance Department
• Ensure smooth running of supporter development programmes
• Ensure efficient processes are used to record and receive gifts/donations
• Safeguarding

Qualifications / Skillset

• Experience in a similar Team leader role / Donor Services / Charity
• Financial knowledge / dealing with monies
• Leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Christian faith / following
• People person

Experience:

• Christian Faith as required: 1 year (preferred)
