The Client:

Our client is an independent, privately-owned firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential property advice, committed to providing outstanding professional service.

The Role:

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will assist or lead residential and commercial projects from feasibility to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 Residential Surveys and Valuations.
• Visit properties, produce professional reports, and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Produce detailed Specifications/Schedule of Works.
• Use AutoCAD to create plans.
• Act as Contract Administrator or Principal Designer working to CDM regulations.
• Manage Planning Applications and projects on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess MRICS qualification with industry experience.
• Skilled with AutoCAD.
• Strong literacy and report writing skills.
• Experience in Party Wall and Boundary Disputes would be considered.
