Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to join a company that can offer hybrid working and potential future progression to Director level? 

We are working on behalf of our client in London, an independent practice with an excellent reputation, who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS qualified) to join their team.

This opportunity offers development into an Associate Director / Director.

Working hours:

  • Full Time
  • Hybrid working

Our client is offering the successful Chartered Building Surveyor  

  • Upto £50,000 Basic
  • Hybrid working
  • Discretionary bonus

Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:

  • Minimum MRICS or FRICS
  •  Dilapidations, Party Walls, defect diagnosis and General Building Surveys experience
  • Experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial
  • Strong communication skills
  • UK driving licence
