Your Role & Responsibilities
?? Deliver high-quality Building Surveys, including Condition, Dilapidation, and DDA Surveys.
?? Act as Contract Administrator, managing specifications, drawings, and client relationships.
?? Provide expert advice on Building Pathology and innovative design solutions.
?? Work with both public and private sector clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
?? Mentor junior team members, fostering the next generation of industry talent.
?? Maintain financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
? Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/CIOB) with 5+ years of experience in the built environment.
? Proven track record in delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services.
? Strong technical knowledge in construction, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
? Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment.
