- Ideally Chartered Financial Planner with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

- Exceptional communication skills and leadership experience in the financial services industry.

- Lead and mentor a small group of advisers, ensuring high standards and team cohesion.
About You:
- Currently working as a Financial Planner, ideally Chartered or close to achieving it.
- In-depth knowledge of investments, ISAs, bonds, pensions, and protection.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
