Are you a high-calibre Financial Planner looking to elevate your career? We are recruiting a dedicated professional to join our clients expanding Financial Planning team. With multiple offices across the UK our client is looking for an Advisor to work out their St Albans office.

We are seeking a Financial Planner who excels in providing high-quality, goal-based financial planning to take over a portfolio of clients generating £80 Million AUM. The right person for this job will enjoy mentoring and developing junior Advisors and have a passion for improving client service.

Basic Salary is up to £100,000 and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary/drawings based on experience, qualifications, and leadership responsibilities.

  • Deliver high-quality advice on goal-based planning, retirement, legacy planning, and protection, providing ongoing service to clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with individuals, families, business owners, and trusts.
  • Develop and maintain a client bank with a client-centric approach.
  • Ensure ongoing rapport and service with clients and professional connections, adhering to internal standards and industry regulations.
  • Lead a small group of advisers, providing supervision, coaching, and oversight.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently working as a Financial Planner, ideally Chartered (or close to), with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Possesses relevant knowledge of investments, ISAs, bonds, pensions, and protection.
  • Proven leadership experience within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality financial advice to new and existing clients.
