About the Company: Our client, based in Battersea, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Surveyor to join their team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, they offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and surveys for residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide expert advice on property management, development, and investment.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • MRICS or FRICS qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in property surveying.
  • Proven track record in property valuation, building surveying, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
