We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our new cafe in Lincoln’s Inn Fields!

Serving breakfasts, brunches, light lunches, flatbreads and bar snacks, the cafe caters for both eat-in and takeaway customers. Open Monday to Saturday from 8.00am until dusk, with extended evening hours in the summer, offering informal park dining and live music.

Pear Tree Cafe opened their first cafe in 2016 and quickly built a fantastic reputation in Battersea Park, and in 2021 we launched our second site on Clapham Common. Our third cafe, in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, continues to provide our signature menus of thoughtfully crafted cafe style dishes, bringing a fresh, seasonal and innovative approach to London’s cafe scene.

As Chef de Partie, you will assist the Head Chef, helping with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, including:

• Kitchen service, working closely with the team of chefs and KPs
• Quality assurance
• Stock management
• Health, Safety and Hygiene
• Compliance with statutory regulations and legislation

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as a Chef de Partie in a similar unit
• Boundless energy and enthusiasm
• Can-do attitude
• Fluent English
- Part time position with immediate start, working 3 days a week, ideally Wednesday to Friday
- Salary: £15+ per hour, depending on experience
- Meal and drinks whilst on duty
