Location: EY, E14 5EY
Rate of pay: £32,900 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Maintain a high level of precision and consistency in food preparation and service to meet fine dining expectations
- Work closely with junior chefs, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency, while providing mentorship and training to maintain kitchen standards
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu standards
- Oversee a specific kitchen station, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist and train junior kitchen staff as needed
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
