Tonic is searching for a Chef de Partie to join our client's Michelin Guide rated restaurant located just outside of Birmingham city centre. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes daily with the seasons.
What are we looking for from the successful Chef de Partie candidate?
- Drive, passion and hard work
- You will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude is key
- You will have previous experience working to a two/three rosette level
