This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef who thrives in a high-end culinary environment and takes pride in producing beautifully presented, seasonal dishes.
What You’ll Do:Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard within your section
Take full responsibility for your section during service
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in line with hygiene standards
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
Contribute new ideas for dishes and menu enhancements
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure exceptional service during busy periods and special events
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or private household
A genuine passion for quality cuisine and fresh, seasonal ingredients
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Strong attention to detail and a desire to consistently exceed expectations
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
