Chef de partie- Country Pub - Bognor Regis


An experienced chef de partie is required for this lovely country pub in Bognor Regis area. They serve fresh, locally source food and they are looking for someone who is keen to progress within the company. The successful candidate will work 5/7 days, on straight shifts.
Must have own transport or live locally.

Hours: between 10am-9pm, 5/7 - straight shifts, 45-50 hours a week
Salary - £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience plus share of tips

Chef de partie responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals
* Train and develop the team
* Stock control
* Health & Safety safety/food hygiene

Chef de partie Requirements:
* Experience at CDP level in a quality hotel or restaurant or gastro pub
* A willingness to learn and progress
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in the team
