Tonic Talent are recruiting a Chef Manager for one of our client's exciting contract catering operations in South East London. You will be responsible for a small team, create exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch, and light bites throughout the day. You must have a passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability. Due to the summer break, this role is due to start in mid-August 2024.

Essential qualities and requirements for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within restaurants, hotels or high-end contract catering
  • An enhanced DBS check
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
