Chef - West Yorkshire - Superb rates of pay

Am exciting opportunity has arisen in my clients high end business in Mirfield to showcase your flair, creativity and passion. This role will be very hands on so will suit someone with plenty of drive and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes with the opportunity to write your own day and Bistro menu!.

As an experienced Chef you will be hard working, enthusiastic, have a passion for food quality and presentation with superb culinary expertise and exceptional attention to detail

You will have experience of writing & planning menu's, GP's / costings and you must have Food Awareness qualifications, excellent food standards and possess extensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices. Food safety standards daily paperwork will be essential for this role and you will be fully involved in all aspects of running the kitchen management and development of the food.

The hours are daytime hours Tuesday - Saturday 08.30-15.30 with further evening hours (TBC for Fri and Sat eves only) to help develop a new exciting evening bistro where you can showcase your talents & expertise!

Car owner/driver is desirable
