The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Chef to oversee meal preparation and service, ensuring high-quality, nutritious, and appealing dishes.

You'll manage kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and create menus that cater to diverse dietary needs, enhancing the overall dinig experience for guests.

This is a Temp to Perm (long-term), Full-Time, Monday - Friday role.

Role Duties:

  • Responsible for planning, preparing, and serving a variety of meals to guests.
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, nutrition, and presentation, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
  • Create daily and weekly menus that cater to diverse dietary preferences, contributing to a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Chef - Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • Food hygiene and safety certification
  • Min. 1 year of experience as a chef

Chef - Benefits Offered:
