The Role

This is an excellent Chemical Engineering role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Chemical Engineer will be joining an already established R&D function, capitalising on knowledge gained from a relevant degree chemical engineering degree, as well as a sound understanding of process design, material and energy balances and process flow diagrams (PFDs).

The Chemical Engineer will join an Oxford-university spin-out and R&D organisation, who are making ground-breaking strides in the development of clean, green, sustainable initiatives. The Chemical Engineer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is Full-time in office/labs, based-in Oxford.

What’s Required?

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

• A relevant BEng, BSc, MSc or PhD within the area of chemical engineering or similar

• A sound understanding of process design, material and energy balances and process flow diagrams (PFDs) 

• Any knowledge of coagulation & flocculation or with chemical engineering simulation packages such as ASPEN would be highly advantageous
