Salary: £140 to 240 per day
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Science with expertise in Chemistry? Do you have a passion for inspiring the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic Chemistry Teacher to work at client Secondary Schools in Ashington, starting immediately.
Teacher of Chemistry Responsibilities:
- Deliver Chemistry lessons that cater to different learning styles in accordance with the AQA curriculum.
- Creating hands-on experiments and interactive activities to make learning come alive.
- Providing individualized support and guidance to students, helping them excel in their studies.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for learning.
- Design assessments, quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of Chemistry concepts.
Teacher of Chemistry requirements:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, with UK-based teaching experience.
- Hold a relevant Degree at 2:1 or higher.
- Have recent classroom teaching experience in teaching Chemistry, in-line with the AQA curriculum.
- A deep passion for Chemistry and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
