About the job

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for the group
• Lead capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions

• 15+ years progressive financial leadership experience, including recent Financial Controller / CFO role. Previous experience from audit firms (Big 4) preferred.
• Proven track record in the retail sector (preferred) or related consumer industries
• Experience managing finance functions for complex, multi-site operations
• Cantonese/Chinese language proficiency required
• Only open to candidates relocated/ relocating to the UK (BNO visa holders welcome)
