About You:
- You are a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- You have significant experience and have been a key contributor to 1-2 scale-ups.
- You are either an experienced CFO or have served as a strong number 2.
- You possess a solid understanding of asset-backed industries and associated debt structures.
- You are adept at raising debt, understanding lease structures, and managing on or off balance sheet models.
- You have legal knowledge and are comfortable with legal documents and structures related to financing.
- You have experience with equity raises, ideally with tier 1 or 2 investors, where you have played an integral role in the process.
With full oversight of the finance function in our growing business, you will ensure our processes are hyper-efficient and not people-heavy. Overseeing a small team with a strong foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage working capital and treasury with a bottom-up understanding of business needs.
- Define debt structures and go to market to find the right solutions for each stage of our growth.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
