The family reside in a beautiful, large, fully staffed residence, consisting of the family and their eight staff members.
The Chief of Staff/ Butler will be a new addition to their team. They are looking for a senior member of staff to overlook, manage and supervise the existing team of private household staff.
The chosen candidate will also assist with any future staff hiring and training and maintain regular evaluation of the household staff’s performance.
The Chief of Staff/Butler will troubleshoot and handle daily situations. They should communicate the family needs to the existing staff and deal with any issues before they are brought to the Principal.
The clients are looking for someone they can rely on the chosen candidate should act as a confidante and advisor to the family.
This role would suit a highly skilled senior Butler/Chief of Staff who can help guide the team and improve the overall day-to day running and quality of service within the property.
