We are delighted to be retained by our long standing client I assisting with the appointment of a COO.

So our client is a significant Financial services and Property organisation, which is backed by Private Equity, Ultra High Net worth's and institutional capital.

Its currently a private organisation but the founder seeks an exit which will be achieved by an IPO on the LSE or increasingly likely to be NASDAQ or the NYSE.

We have been working with this client and watching them grow and have placed most of their C suite, so we have gained a granular knowledge of the business,

We also work with their PE backers which helps complete the puzzle.

The COO appointment is for an experienced C suite professional to understudy the present CEO for around 12-18 months. During this time you will tour there existing organisation, meeting key people and learning the business,

The right person might also identify areas of the business which could be improved and the founder is very open to that concept.

The IPO will take place in around the summer of 2026, so there will be a lot of preparatory work required and candidates should have listed company experience.

The role would not suit someone who seeks a home based role.
