We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy, driving performance, and ensuring seamless execution across all business functions. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader with a strong background in IT services and a proven track record in scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and strategic goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and drive the company's vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Manage and optimize the operational budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
  • Implement robust processes and systems to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the private equity firm.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior executive role within the IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and private equity-backed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Has experience or understands the manufacturing industry
