The Role:

As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will spearhead their sales operations and be a key member of their executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and execute top-tier sales strategies to surpass revenue targets, expand their market presence, and elevate their competitive stance within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies.
  2. Lead new business account management, inside sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  3. Engage in high-stakes negotiations and support major bids.
  4. Define and monitor KPIs across all revenue-related areas.
  5. Oversee key account management, customer relationship strategies, and contract negotiations.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  7. Collaborate with Architect teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.
  8. Oversee the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
  9. Manage forecasting for revenue streams and provide regular reports to the CEO and board.
  10. Champion a customer-centric approach and stay abreast of industry trends.

About You:

  • Strong IT Sector Background: In-depth technical knowledge in areas such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • High-Performance Sales Leadership: Experience in cultivating and leading a high-performance sales culture.
  • Inspirational Influence: Ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer: Experienced in mentoring sales teams.
  • Strategic Planning Abilities: Skilled in creating effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
