Your Role

As CTO, you’ll shape our tech future, craft a rock-solid payment infrastructure, and ensure we ace our EMI license application. Partnering with our exec team, you’ll build systems that wow users and satisfy regulators alike.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Design a tech roadmap aligned with our EMI goals and FCA standards.
• Tech Build: Architect secure, scalable payment systems with top-tier data protection and anti-fraud controls.
• Compliance: Embed AML/CTF-ready tech and document it all for regulatory success.
• Leadership: Grow a brilliant tech team and manage partners to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

• 5+ years leading tech in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Proven chops managing complex projects and inspiring teams.
• Expertise in payment systems, security protocols, and UK financial regs (EMI knowledge a big plus).
• Hands-on skills in scalable, secure architecture.
• Bonus: Experience with EMI licensing, AI/blockchain, or banking integrations.
• A knack for blending innovation with compliance, plus killer communication skills.
