Our client, a leading global (re)insurance group is seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) to drive the strategic underwriting direction of its UK platform.

With a growing international presence, the Group has scaled rapidly and now writes a diversified portfolio of Bespoke, Specialty, and Reinsurance business, with growth ambitions. Reporting to both the CEO and Group CUO, you'll lead underwriting activities in the UK, contributing to strategy, governance, and portfolio shaping.

You'll bring a strong market presence, technical acumen, and a collaborative mindset, working closely with specialist teams and supporting new product development. You'll need broad class knowledge, deep industry relationships, and exceptional influence skills.
