Childcare Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for early years education to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursery management and be ready to start as soon as possible.

• Oversee the operation of the nursery to the highest standards, ensuring an outstanding level of care and education for all children.
• Lead and manage the nursery staff team to enable them to contribute towards the nursery goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain Ofsted standards.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of the nursery.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and external agencies.
• Drive the nursery’s occupancy growth through marketing and community engagement.

• Must have previous experience as a Nursery Manager.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or above in childcare.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
