Childcare Centre Manager
- Annual Salary: £35,065 - £40,019

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for early years education to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursery management and be ready to start as soon as possible.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the operation of the nursery to the highest standards, ensuring an outstanding level of care and education for all children.
- Lead and manage the nursery staff team to enable them to contribute towards the nursery goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain Ofsted standards.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of the nursery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and external agencies.
- Drive the nursery’s occupancy growth through marketing and community engagement.
- Must have previous experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or above in childcare.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
