A reputable and longstanding law firm in Tamworth that can offer hybrid working, on-site parking and genuine career progression is seeking a childcare solicitor to join the team. 

The team itself is a highly expert team of childcare solicitors that deals with a wide range of issues and regularly appears in the high court in public and private law proceedings. It is often instructed by professional guardians to act in the most serious and complex cases.

The firm is now seeking a childcare solicitor to join the theam to handle a range of matters to include children issues and disputes, care proceedings, adoption and surrogacy. You will join handling an existing caseload of matters and must be able to work free of significant supervision. 

To be considered for this childcare solicitor role you must have experience of running your own childcare matters from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will have:

  • Law Society Children's Panel 
  • A team player 
  • Experience undertaking advocacy 
  • Ability to work 4 or 5 days a week 
  • Ability to undertake complex work
