Children and Families lawyer
- Providing legal advice and representation in all aspects of family and children's law
- Managing a caseload of complex and high-profile cases
- Conducting advocacy in court and representing clients at hearings and trials
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues and other professionals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate
- Expertise in family and children's law, including experience in public or private law
- Excellent advocacy skills and experience in representing clients at hearings and trials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure
The rate is £45- £55 per hour depending on experience. The role offers flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for gaining great skills and knowledge.
