Children’s Home Manager

We are reciting for a children’s home manager for our client in the area of Luton

This is an exciting role for a current manager or deputy to run a home they way they want

This is a 2 bedded children’s home

Salary is starting from £50,000PA

10% bonus based on basic salary (£5,000) per annum
Welcome one-off payment £1,000 paid after probation period
Occupancy bonus £125 per child ( 2 children x £125 ) = £250 paid monthly, equates to £3,000 annually
Weekly on call £125 paid monthly, likely to work 1 in every 4 weeks, equates £1,500 annually

Total package £61,000PA

You must have been working within a children’s home within the last 5 years for at least 2 years.
