Registered Manager for a brand new home in Slough!
Salary: £55,000
Location: Slough
Contract: Full time, permanent
Specific Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The Opportunity - Registered Manager, Children's Home.
As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and leading this 2 bedded residential service for Children & Young People with EBD.
Your vision, leadership, and dedication will be the driving force behind building a compassionate and dynamic team, fostering a nurturing environment, and establishing a high-caliber service achieving positive outcomes for the young people.
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to your home and team

Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and effective communication.

Oversee the financial management of the homes, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Maintain a focus on the well-being and development of the children and young people in our care, promoting their safety, happiness, and personal growth.
About you:
-
At least two years supervision experience in a management role (Deputy or Registered Manager) within a Ofsted registered residential home

Ideally you will have experience supporting young people with EBD / SEMH / Challenging Behaviours

Career driven, team player and a strong leader

Willing or obtained a Level 5 in Leadership & Management
