We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee a brand new 3/4 bedded EBD Residential Children's Home in Kettering.

Salary Range £45,000 to £55,000, with additional benefits and bonus.

This is an organisation with a family-feel with all of their existing homes rated Outstanding or Good by Ofsted

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a Residential Setting in the last 5 years with 1 year of supervisory experience

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent or willing to work towards this)
