Are you a Children's Home Registered Manager looking for a new challenge? Or maybe you are a Children's Home Deputy Manager looking for the next step up, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Connect2SocialWork are excited to be representing a new client who will be opening a brand new 3-bed home in East London. My client is looking for someone who is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of the children's residential home. Whilst leading a team of staff to deliver high quality care that meets with regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager of Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
  • Good knowledge of OFSTED requirements and Children's Homes Regulations
  • Proficient in safeguarding legislation
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential or equivalent
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development

SALARY:

  • Depending on experience: £50,000 - £60,000 per year
