Job Profile
The need for Support Workers has arisen due to continued growth and a commitment to providing exemplary care. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, compassionate individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The role requires a passion for supporting children and young people in their daily lives. You will be provided full training and a funded NVQ Level 4 children and young people qualification which you will be able to complete whilst also learning in hands on in the role.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to residential childcare is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development, including willingness to undertake relevant training.



Hours:

  • Long days and sleep ins (£50 per sleep in - up to 2 sleep ins per week).
  • 2 out of 4 weekends off.


Package/Benefits:

  • Up to £34,000 per annum (Depending upon experience and inclusive of sleep-in premiums)
