Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Derby
Salary: £23,795 - £24,835 + £50 per sleep-in + £2.50 extra per hour for overtime
Shift Rota: 1 on 2 off (8am - 8am sleep is 11pm - 7am)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Children's Residential Support Workers in Derby. This role involves supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a solo placement home, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to a young person with EBD.
  • Engage in activities and build positive relationships to support the young person’s growth and development.
  • Help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement individual care plans.
