Children's Team Leader
Children's Team Leader Role!
We are currently recruiting for a Children's Team Leader for a service that providing admin, support and care to children and young adults using the children's services!
MUST HAVE FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE

What is expected of you?
* Be responsible for the child or young person whilst they are in your care whilst in the home or community.
* Work according to the charities guidelines and policies.
* Ensure safeguarding measures are implemented at all times.
* Completion of supervisions/performance reviews then required.
* Play an active role in staff meetings and discussions.
* Carry out admin duties ensuring that Care Plans on Nourish for the children and young people are completed correctly.
* Work within medication guidelines using the corrections interventions and strategies.
This is part of the duties required to be carried out within the role.
Qualifiations required for the role?
*Diploma Level 3 (child specific( or equivalent).
*Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
*Person-Centred approach to working.
*Willingness to learn.
*Minimum 1 year experience in a Health and Social Care Setting.
Experience?
*Experience of disabilities.
*Experience of working with children and young people.
*Experience of leading a team in a health and social setting.
