Cisco Communications Engineer -Voice , Telephony

You will need to be eligible to undergo SC clearance due to the nature of the client.

As a Cisco Engineer, you will work 5 days on client sites in either Portsmouth, Stevenage and Newport (Expenses paid for travel). This is an on-site role, and travel between the sites will be required. You will ideally have had previous experience as a communication engineer.

To give you an idea of how this Cisco Engineer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Video-conferencing Oriented Incidents
• Respond to specific hardware or application requests
• Participate in telephony and video conferencing projects
• Ensure the MCO of the network infrastructure
• Manage the local team and share your skills

• Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
• Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
• Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security
