Civil Engineer

Blueprint Recruitment is working with an independent Engineering Consultancy, who are looking for a Civil Engineer to join them on a permanent staff basis.

Our client is providing the flexibility to attend the Birmingham, Derby or Nottingham offices on a hybrid basis to work on Highways and Drainage work.

Key Responsibilities:

• The writing of fee proposals
• Attending project and client meetings when necessary
• Manage, prepare and control costs and budgets of Engineering projects
• Produce designs to appropriate standards

• Conduct inspections and surveys
• Manage elements of projects if and when required

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency using Civil3D and AutoCAD
• UK design Consultancy experience is beneficial
• Previous drainage and Highways experience
• A degree in Engineering
• A hands-on approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
