Our client, a Lloyd's Syndicate, have an opening for a Claims Analyst. You will be assisting the claims team in delivering a robust TPA oversight and optimise team efficiency by delivering claims MI and insights on TPA and claims department performance. You will also cover the execution of key claims processes and design activity that supports the team to deliver optimum efficiency and adherence to best practice.

Previous claims support experience is required and a knowledge of London Market Delegated Authority claims & procedures would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

To manipulate third party data and provide analysis of claims to highlight trends, performance issues, leakage, costs spend, litigation and fraud.
Help provide regular compulsory monthly and quarterly claims reports on time.
Gather and generate KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring purposes and analysis.
Management and reconciliation of Loss funds, and assisting with Lloyd's market funding initiatives.
To assist with creating effective reports, selecting essential, relevant criteria and information to provide to Claims Managers and Underwriters.
Lead design claims bordereaux templates and write specifications.
Claims data entry, specifically for internally managed claims when required.
Support the Claims Management with respect to claims initiatives and projects.
