Job Title: Claims Assessor

Location: Warwick

Remuneration: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

As a Claims Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient claims experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to customers within 24 hours of receiving a claim to discuss the process and maximise the value of the vehicle offered.
  • Research and challenge motor insurers to negotiate favourable outcomes for customers and the organisation.
  • Validate incoming claims documents and provide timely updates to customers regarding the next steps.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a helpful attitude towards all customers.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document all customer interactions and tasks accurately in the relevant CRM systems.
  • Manage service requests with updates to suppliers, customers, and associated departments.
  • Maintain department and personal KPIs, complying with all internal and external policies and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in claims handling or insurance would be advantageous.
