?? Position Summary: ??

As a Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and effectively managing a range of claims-related activities. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and positive attitude will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our client's customers.

�? Key Tasks and Responsibilities: �?

Proactively engage with customers within 24 hours of receiving claims to discuss the process and maximise their vehicle's value offered by their motor insurer.
Conduct thorough research to determine the current value of customers' vehicles and negotiate favourable outcomes for customers and our client.
Manage a caseload of GAP claims, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective diary management for chasing quotes and documents.
Validate incoming GAP claims documents, update customers on progress, and maintain strong communication throughout the process.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while liaising with key business partners.
Provide general support to the Claims Team through various communication channels and handle customer inquiries.

Strong time management and organisation skills, with high attention to detail.
Previous experience in motor claims handling.
Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry, along with multitasking abilities.
Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A team player who can build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Resilient and resourceful, even under pressure.

?? Salary & Terms: ??

Full-time, permanent role with a starting salary of £XXXX per annum.
Competitive reward strategy based on experience and skill level.

- Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum, including bank and public holidays.
