  • Provide peer review and challenge to others in the team, to achieve the best overall outcome on any given project.
  • Assist with the deployment and evaluation of Advanced Analytics and AI models relevant to the area, including nurturing of Citizen Data Scientists within the team.
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor claims operational performance.
  • Drive the development of skills and capabilities of the Claims Data & Analytics team and assist with training the wider claims function where there are gaps in data literacy.
  • Play a role in the leadership of the Claims Data & Analytics team, training analysts and championing and adhering to best practice standards, as well as learning new tools which will enhance our activities.
