Caseload Management:
- You’ll handle Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage, and Product Liability claims.
- From personal injury to property damage, your expertise will drive successful outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate data within the case management system.
- Comply with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Uphold high-quality service standards and productivity levels.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- 12 months of relevant experience (or 6 months plus a law degree or equivalent).
- Familiarity with the MOJ Claims Portal.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Organizational competence and client care focus.
- Ability to manage your workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
