Claims Technician

Our client:

Are a leading Lloyd's of London Broker specialising in Political and Credit Risk. Looking for a Claims Technician to join their dynamic and supportive team dedicated to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to the wider Claims team
• Assist the Claims Manager in providing exceptional claims service to their clients
• Liaise with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders for efficient claims processing.
• Liaison with XCS & administering claims entries via ECF and IMR
• Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and assist in negotiations and settlements.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Claims Technical role
• Knowledge of Lloyd's market practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in claims management systems; CII qualification is a plus.
