We are currently recruiting HGV 1 Day Drivers to work out of a depot in Southampton, SO40.
This is container work, where your main duties will include haulage deliveries across the UK (not including London) to various customers such as freight forwarders, shipping lines and supermarkets.
This work is temporary and entirely flexible. We need drivers who can help us throughout the whole week, so we can offer work between one and five days on a regular and ongoing basis.
We are looking for drivers who have recently driven commercially for at least 6 months on Class One.
Prior container experience and a current DP World Southampton pass are essential.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday’s), 05:00-07:00am starts daily
Hourly Pay Rates: £16.00 per hour (PAYE) with a minimum of 10hrs paid per shift
