24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Hinckley.

We require Class 1 HGV Drivers to work on an AdHoc basis. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods throughout the UK. We have a variety of working patterns to suit drivers and start times each day.

Role of a Class 1 HGV driver

Working at one of the leading parcel distribution companies in the UK

Trunking work depot to depot (Trailer drop/swap)

No handball - Box trailers

Overtime payable after 8 hours

As a Class 1 HGV driver you will need to have:

• Valid UK Driving Licence with C+E Category
• Valid CPC & Tacho Card
• No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
• Drivers with a minimum 12-month tacho history will be required to complete induction
• Drivers with a minimum 6-month tacho history will be required to complete a driving assessment as well as an induction

Pay rates for Class 1 HGV driver:

All pay rates are dynamic and split accordingly

PAYE - DAYS (06:00-18:00)

• Monday to Friday £14.68
• Monday to Friday Overtime £20.92
• Saturday and Sunday £19.37
• Sunday and Sunday Overtime £20.92

PAYE - NIGHTS (06:00-18:00)

• Monday to Friday £17.20
• Monday to Friday Overtime £23.44
• Saturday and Sunday £19.37
• Sunday and Sunday Overtime £23.44

PAYE ROLLED UP HOLIDAY - DAYS (06:00-18:00)

• • Monday to Friday £16.45
  • Monday to Friday Overtime £23.45
  • Saturday and Sunday £21.71
  • Sunday and Sunday Overtime £23.45

PAYE ROLLED UP HOLIDAY - NIGHTS (18:00-06:00)

• • Monday to Friday £19.53

No LTD accepted

Guaranteed 8hrs paid per shift
