Job Title: Class 2 Driver

Location: Bathgate Site (Client Location)

Salary: £15.24 per hour

Temporary Role Until September

StartTimes: 4am to 7am

WorkingPattern: 5 days out of 8 (No Sundays)

About Us:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at our client’s Bathgate site on a temporary basis until September. As a trusted provider of workforce solutions, we take pride in delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 2 vehicle to complete deliveries and collections in a timely and safe manner.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and inspection forms, accurately.
  • Conduct pre- and post-vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and site personnel.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
  • Report any delivery issues or challenges to the management team.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper load securing to prevent damage during transit.


Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 (C) driving license.
  • CPC qualification (Certificate of Professional Competence).
  • Previous experience in a similar driving role is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to start work between 4am and 7am.
  • Ability to work 5 days out of 8, with no Sundays required.
