VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Control Supervisor for our client based in Westminster. The main duties are:

  • Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Provide Building Control advice through various channels
  • Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours
  • Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence
  • Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors
  • Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties
